Real estate lead nurturing is an art form requiring dedication to follow-up, savvy people skills to tease details, and the right messaging at the right time.
The beginning is the most challenging time nurturing real estate leads. Buyers aren’t interested in being “sold” a real estate agent and often claim to be “just looking.” Therein lies a real estate agent’s strategic advantage, as novice real estate agent Melissa Tashjian learned.
